Windows 10: Why does microsoft decided to deprecate and remove roaming of taskbar/personalization settings?

It's useful that this settings is synced so i would need to configure less things after installing windowshttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/deprecated-features

Microsoft Account-Remove Cloud Backup of Personal Settings question

Hi,
I looked at my Microsoft Account and under the Devices Menu at the top for my PC I noticed a More Actions dropdown list saying Remove cloud backup of personal settings which talks about turning off syncing first and then clicking on Remove button and then removing the PC from the backed up devices in OneDrive which is never listed in Windows 10. There is also another option in the More Actions dropdown menu for the PC in my Microsoft account saying Remove PC.
For what purpose would you use these two options ? (Remove cloud backup of personal settings and Remove PC)

 

How do you remove the taskbar from bottom of the screen.

  Right click on Taskbar.
  
• 
  Select properties.
  
• 
  Uncheck the box lock the taskbar and check if it helps.

  And move it to the top or right or left of the screen.

Settings/Personalization

Hi,

We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

• Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
• Click on Personalize.
• Select Colors.
• Click on High contrast settings.
• From the drop-down menu, select None.
• Click Apply.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.
