Why does Microsoft think a document I created on my own computer is a security risk because...

I suddenly keep receiving a Security Risk bar when I open up a Word document that states "Microsoft has blocked macros from running because the source of this file is untrusted" but the source is my own computer and I have been using that one macro for years. I created the file myself and my antivirus software is up to date, so why is Microsoft blocking it? The macro is from a trusted source and I have been using it for years and need it for work, and even if I close the security risk bar, Microsoft won't let me run the macro anymore it did last week, so what has changed?. Why does it thin

    :)

Is windsows 7 a security risk?

There is 2 security risks. No one can stop security holes even more so with MS software as it would be more targeted although Linux has got to be going up on that list to now.
