Windows 10: Why Does Microsoft Windows 10 Updates Are Now Disabling McAfee LifeSave Leaving You Vulnerable

This is the 2nd time in a week, which after a Windows 10 update, McAfee, my virus protection software, gets partially removed by the update, & then the software ceases to work. So when you click on the desktop icon, nothing happens. When you go & look where the executable is supposed to be residing, the folders & their contents have been removed. As a consequence, the user has to download a software removal tool from McAfee, since there are still other pieces left behind, which takes a while to run to completion, restart the computer, & then download a new copy of McAfee w/ a n

Can I install updates via McAfee Vulnerability Scanner

Is it advisable to install all the updates that the McAfee Vulnerability Scanner finds, and download and install them through McAfee? Thought I would be getting notifications from Microsoft on needed updates. They listed several Windows 10 updates and a
few program updates like Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 and Shockwave Player. I've always received notifications from Adobe in the past when Flash Player needed an update. Is this new way or is McAfee just intruding?

WPA2 Vulnerability Found

A small update with regards to the Microsoft fix. The fix itself is sufficient to solve the issue on Windows, even if your WiFi device has no driver update, with one caveat:

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
