Windows 10: Why does MS Jigsaw team not fix coding issues that are brought to their attention i.e....

The way coding is poorly executed in this product, MS Jigsaw, in relation to those waste of time static ads that constantly change while using the product causes instability in moving pieces with the mouse. The hold sometimes stutters while the call is to change the ad and also pieces just drop while going over puzzle causing mouse to grab the puzzle instead. This is a long term issue that has never been solved. If I was an advertiser it would piss me off big time to know people would be associating my ad with a poorly performing program.

Microsoft Jigsaw Will Not Load

I was getting Error Code: 0x803F8001 both before and after "uninstalling" Microsoft Jigsaw. It worked perfectly for years, but stopped working within the last week. It would start to load, and eventually bomb out. I have tried the following suggestions:

• Uninstall Jigsaw. Now I cannot reinstall Jigsaw. Get Error Code: 0x803F8001
  

• All steps above from Jomari Arc . Step #4 took longer than expected, but it did eventually do what you
  said. These steps did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

• Microsoft Windows Store App. Troubleshooter - It ran and said it fixed a "possibly corrupted cache" . This did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

In a similar community, titled "Microsoft Jigsaw Error code Ox803F8001", I tried all of the steps from Loraine Mon, from this link: Redirecting

Again, this did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw. Messages are "downloading", then "acquiring license", and then it errors out with Error Code: 0x803F8001

Day after day, same problem. Xbox and Store and Solitaire all work fine. Microsoft Jigsaw is the problem. When it was installed, it bombed out trying to open. After "uninstalling", it will not reinstall.

If you still encounter the same issue, we suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache by performing the following steps:

• Press Windowskey + R to open Run.
• Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
• Launch the game from the Windows Store.

FIX Microsoft Jigsaw

I have been having issues with MS Jigsaw since January. I have attempted all troubleshooting steps, repair, reset, uninstall and re-install. I have the app install thru the Microsoft Store and when you click on the icon nothing happens. All other Microsoft Store programs and apps are working correctly except Jigsaw. I am running Windows 11 - Version 23H2 - OS Build 22621.3447. If I attempt to run Jigsaw under the Xbox app I get the "Something went wrong, please try again or click on the error code to learn more. 0x8027025b." I have submitted help requests thru Forums, Feedback Hub, and even Casual Games Support. If anyone answers they only suggest doing the same thing that I already tried multiple times.

I have found a Forum that shows a remark from Zhong Ren a Microsoft Employee stated "Something from 2023H2 update breaks the Jigsaw game, it runs fine before that update. now it crashes the machine". Redirecting

How do we get broken programs fixed if the people responsible for the upkeep have no clue what they are attempting to do. They are idiots is the only reason I can see. What is the fix for this. Microsoft built the damn program, are they not smart enough to fix their mistakes.
