Windows 10: Why does MS software constantly screw up in weird ways?

HI, For some mystery reason both my Microsoft Phot and Calculator app that came with Windows 10 ENT is now failing ....... just out of the blue.They both open for sec and then close ...... I get the error: File system error -2147219196- So yes, we've fixed them thru settings, we've repaired them thru settings, they've been uninstalled and then reinstalled and over and over, we're reset the bloody MS Store, we've tried - Dun the SFC /SCANNOW and the power shell stuff: Get-AppXPackage Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml”}=

Win10 forced hardware updates ruining driver/software settings for MS Trackball Explorer

Is there any way to stop the forced hardware and driver updates from MS for windows 10?

I have a an old and very fricking reliable track ball mouse called "Trackball Explorer". I had hard enough time finding a working driver/software pack to allow me to continue using the trackball explorer on Win8.1. Luckily I found that the Win7 PS/2 version
worked with win8.1 and still works with Win10 but ever since upgrading to Win10 the PS/2 mouse/keyboard driver updates keep killing the functionality of the Trackball Explorer.

So, is it possible for the geniuses at MS to separate the keyboard and mouse driver software the way that it used to be so that one update doesn't impact the other? If not, either stop screwing with driver software for hardware that works fine with a machine
it was installed on, or have your geniuses write proper software updates for hardware that people are still using. Just because MS stops production on particular hardware, doesn't mean we should stop using it for the sake of MS. I personally despise a regular
mouse that you have to constantly chase all over the desk and the only new trackball mice I've seen in stores are wireless types that constantly require batteries. They might be fine for laptops, but I want a wired trackball for desktop and the Trackball Explorer
works just fine as long as MS updates don't screw it up.

 

Best way to remove stripped screw?

1./ Try putting a rubber balloon over the screwhead then using the driver. It might give you extra grip.

3./ If you have a dremel or small drill, drill out the centre of the screw. It will reduce friction on the thread and it will come out easily

4./ Can you use pliers on the reverse side (screw thread)?

NEXT TIME use the right tool for the job! This is a PZ screw that you have ripped using a PH driver!
