    Why does MS support never ever follow up as promised?


    I have been trying to get a follow to my service ticket, it gets escalated and I get told someone will contact me tomorrow and NEVER does.I get better customer service from my cable company and my cellular provider and my trash collector than from MS!My problem is with the new MS Media Player and according to the feedback hub joke many many others are having the same problem.

    Subsystem ID mismatch

    Run atiwinflash from the DOS prompt in Windows. Follow the steps listed in the HD6950 mod article for DOS flashing.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
