Windows 10: why does my Additional mouse options take so long to open

    why does my Additional mouse options take so long to open


    Whenever i try opening additional mouse options normally, it wouldn't open but when i use auto clicker on it and wait a few minutes it will eventually open. I already tried opening mouse from control panel, powershell, and cmd but still the same problem. I really need help pls
