Windows 10: Why does my AKG N5005 headphone microphone not get deducted or work with my Alienware m15...

My N5005 AKG headphones will not work on discord, games, and even teams and zoom. i have tried to fix it in my settings and whenever i try to set my mic up it will not listing or set up. no sound is detected by the computer. can someone please help me.

My microphone mute key doesn't work when pressed on my Alienware M15 R7

I have an Alienware M15 R7 and when I press the microphone mute key, it doesn't glow white, neither does it mute my microphone or unmute it when its glowing white. It shows no error message since its the microphone mute key, I want to use the microphone mute key since not all laptops have it. I have already tried updating my device on windows settings. I updated my drivers and hardware on supportassist, and none of it made pressing the microphone mute key work.

Its not audio its the mute microphone button on the alienware m15 r7 its at the very right of the keyboard and its beneath the del insert key its not supposed to be on the function keys

If you search up Alienware M15 R7 keyboard, on the very right of the keyboard if you look under the del insert key and above the mute key you will see the mute microphone key, when i press that key, it doesnt glow white neither does it even mute or unmute my microphone

Yes i can, but my main problem is the mute microphone key not the mute audio key on the Alienware M15 R7 keyboard I just want to know how to make it mute my microphone when i press it. If my microphone is also muted when i press it it should make it unmute but it doesnt.

When the microphone is muted, the mute microphone button has a tiny light hole that turns white to show when the microphone is muted. the key worked yesterday but not today.
