Windows 10: Why does my audio cut out whenever I try to talk to someone on my PC?

I just got my pc, and I loaded up Counter Strike 2 and whenever I used the push to talk button, every other sound cut out. I tried to see if another app would do the same, so I loaded up Unturned, and it does the same thing. What should I do?

My audio cuts out when I talk as well as other people talk

I normally am rather listening to music in the background or playing a game while on calls with friends. Recently I've been having to deal with in other tabs cutting out whenever I or the person i'm talking to cuts out. I notice that in my volume mixer the audio expects my one application (discord) mutes whenever this happens.
