Windows 10: Why does my bluetooth credit card ingenico pin pad not stay connected to my mircosoft go4...

We are having an issue where we connect our ingenico pin pad credit card processor which is brand new to our new surface go4. It connects and says it is connected on our credit card processor and says connected but on the go 4 it connects and then quickly disconnects. It does not work. frustrating. Some sort of Blue tooth bug in windows 11pro. Tried everything under the sun to fix.

You are old school as you can just as easily activate a credit card online. Of course they'll be security measures in place to make sure you are you *Wink

• Example: Activate your Bank of America credit card online (Bank of America)

And no, you don't "have to go online" to activate.

 

Bluetooth number pad

I'm trying to install a Bluetooth Microsoft Number Pad when I go to add device it shows the number pad. When clicking on it to connect it asks for a PIN, but I have no PIN for the number pad. How do you go about getting a PIN for this device?
