Windows 10: WHY does my brand new computer have exactly same problem as the old after logging into my...

PLEASE HELP ME!Yesterday went out and bought a brand new BENQ desktop computer with Win 10. Logged into my Microsoft account with my email, to begin the process after starting new computer. Lo & behold, the exact same problems of the old HP Pavillion Win 10 computer loaded on the new computer. Problems on the HP were - start and search and any pop ups would not work. Icons on task bar would not open. I am completely computer ignorant but what I see is this new computer immediately downloaded everything from the old computers onedrive! I cannot log into my microsoft account WITHOUT recreati

My Old computer to a Brand new computer

I have been running a HP Pavilion P7-1410 with operating version Windows 8.1. 6.3

I went out and bought a New HP Pavilion Both are desktops TP01-0165z operating version Windows 10 version number not sure haven't even hooked it up yet completely brand new..

I also have Ashampoo Backup New Version 15.

Is there any suggestions on how I should set my new computer up ?

To log on to a computer as the administrator to reset a password, try the following steps.

1. Log on as an administrator.
   1. Restart the computer.
   2. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE two times, and then type the name of the administrator user account.
      
      Note If you do not know any other administrator user account, try to type
      Adminstrator in the User name box.
   3. In the Password box, type the administrator password, and then click
      OK.
      
      Note If you do not know the administrator password, leave it blank, and then click
      OK.
2. Reset the password.
   1. Click Start, and then click Run.
   2. Type control userpasswords2, and then click OK.
   3. On the Users tab, click the name of the user account that you want to reset the password for, and then click
      Reset Password.
   4. Type a new password in the New password box, and then type the password again in the
      Confirm new password box, and then click OK.
   5. Restart the computer, and then try to log on to Windows XP again.
