Windows 10: Why does my computer blue screen everytime on start up

Every time I boot up my pc it gives me an error code “Critical_process_died” imma hope I spelled that right. And I can’t factory reset my laptop becuase it says there’s a problem but it won’t tell me what the problem is. I have tried looking up ways to fix it in vmd prompt,uninstalling updates,system restore, startup settings, and firmware settings. And all of them say there is a problem and won’t specify or it won’t let me click a button,therefore I can’t use it. Plz help I want to play Roblox

Screen goes blue / black on start of atitool

i tried 0.26 and the new beta but its the same... if i start atitool the screen immidiately goes blue or black and i have to reboot... the computer doesnt really hang but the screen seems to be lost.
any suggestions? i dont have any other programs running, i dont even want to OC my card i just want to have control over the fan speed, i have a x1800xt btw.
