Windows 10: Why does my computer download so slow?

My computer has been downloading games at such slow speed and sometimes it would pause and then resume. I look at task manager and the read/write speeds are lower than usual. Its not my ethernet cable because I dealt with this situation before by formatting my drives. I've only had these drives for a couple of months or maybe close to a year. My specs:CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core processor, 4200 MhzGPU: EVGA RTX 3080PSU: 750W SuperNova EVGASSDS: WD Blue SA510 2.5 1000GB, SanDisk SSD PLUS 240GB, WD Blue SN570 500GBAll healthy after scan

Downloading is Slow from Store.

Step 1:

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow
