Windows 10: Why does my computer have a part gray filter on it?

I was playing a game on steam called Destiny 2 when my computer suddenly went to a flickering black screen and completely off. after a little while i tried to ctrl + alt + delete but it would not show up, but it made the noise it normally does. then after a long time it said it could not bring up the security options and it wanted to restart the computer. it took all night to restart the computer and then when it was reloaded it had and still has a partial grayscale mode, exactly like a filter, or a dusty lens on a camera. no color filters are on and grayscale is turned off. all common fixes

Filter Keys are part of the Ease of Access features in Windows 10 that can help users control the keypress repeat rate and ignore the repeated keys. This setting can be disabled by following these steps:

• Click Start.
• Type Control Panel and press Enter.
• Click Ease of Access.
• Click Change how your keyboard works.
• Click Set up Filter Keys.
• Uncheck Turn on Filter Keys when right SHIFT is pressed for 8 seconds.
• Uncheck Turn on Filter Keys.
• Click Apply.
• Click OK.
• Restart your computer.

I have a lot of space for display content in Cortana search list, and 80% of it not used because Cortana sorting items by types.
