    I recently bought and installed a 4 TB internal hard drive. A day or so after formatting the drive, I have experienced freezing and random intervals for around 3 seconds at a time. After the computer unfreezes all sound is muted. To fix the sound output I refresh my graphics driver by hitting Ctrl+Shift+Win+B, doing so brings back the sound. The freezing episodes have never occurred prior to the drives installation.I'm not sure why, but the freezing stops all sound output and stops me from being able to use my mouse. I googled this issue and people online recommended swapping the SATA cable in
