Windows 10: Why does my computer keep crashing to a colored screen

So recently I went to upgrade my PC's graphics card from a GTX 660 Ti to a RTX 3060 and PSU from 460 watt to 850 watt. Turned out my motherboard doesn't support UEFI cards, however when I was attempting to get it to work I uninstalled all of my NVIDIA drivers in hopes it would work. Ever since I put it my old card back in and reinstalled my drivers every time I try to play a game my pc will crash to some sort of colored screen, the colors I remember off the top of my head was brown, black, white, and a blueish gray. And I'm not certain but everywhere I've see says that it could be drivers

Background color:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.

Windows 10 Screen Flashing/inverting colors

Since troubleshooting steps were provided, what I can suggest is for you to try to configure the settings on your monitor's color management. Kindly follow the steps provided below:

• Open Color Management by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type color management, and then click Color
  Management.
• Click the Advanced tab, and click Change system defaults.
• Click the Advanced tab in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box, and do one of the following:
  
  - To prevent Windows from loading display calibrations, clear the Use Windows display calibration check box.
• Click Close in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box.
• Click Close in the Color Management dialog box.
