    Why does my computer keep doing this and how do I fix it?


    So my computer keeps going to 100% CPU every time I open an app Ex. my browser and crashes with one app open. I've already tried restarting my computer and reinstalling some of the apps I use actively and it didn't work. When one of the apps crashed a popup saying "Memory Dump created" and a file location but I no longer remember the location neither the error code.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
