I looked in my diagnostics page, and it showed this issue. Can anyone tell me what is causing this? Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

 

Why does my computer go to sleep when I click on "Hibernate"

Instead of going directly to hibernation or Locking > Hibernate, my Windows 10 computer goes Locking > shut down. Another person asked a similar question and the MVP person replied that before a computer goes into hibernation it goes into locking. But my computer doesn't hibernate after locking. Instead it appears to go into sleep mode, as the power button light slowly blinks and upon moving the mouse or hitting the space bar awakens.

Is there a way to make the computer go into hibernation and not "Locking" > Sleep (assumed sleep mode, as screen goes black and unable to know what computer is doing).
