Windows 10: Why does my computer no longer have any volume?

I have a Lenovo computer with Windows 10 Pro and Creative Sound Blaster Audigy Fx installed for my Logi S150 speakers. I've never had any problems with this before, and I moved it on the back of a moving truck from Wyoming to New Hampshire! Two days ago I had to move the table the computer was on across the room and suddenly I have no volume at all! I have checked the sound mixer to make sure nothing there was in mute mode and nothing was. I have checked all the wires from the Logi and there is no problem with them that I can find. I have checked the speakers themselves to be sure they're

type in list volume..... your array volume should come up.... if so

type in Select volume 7
assign

1. After opening the game, right click on the sound icon in the taskbar and select "open volume mixer".

2. If the particular game is listed, turn down the volume and check the result.

volume no longer working

I noticed my start button had an "upgrade and restart" and I had clicked on it. Now my volume will not work. There's a red X over the icon. I have followed all of these steps and NOTHING is fixing the problem. Anyone have any other idea on how to fix it???

   , enter Device Manager, and select it from the list of results. Under
  Sound, video and game controllers, select your sound card, open it, select the
  Driver tab, and select
  Update Driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, look for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.
  

• If that didn't work, try this:
• Uninstall your audio driver: open Device Manager, right-click (or tap and hold) the audio driver, and select
  Uninstall. Restart your device and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

  And if that didn't work, try using the generic audio driver that comes with Windows. Here's how:
  
  • Open Device Manager, right-click (or tap and hold) your audio driver >Update driver software...
    >Browse my computer for driver software
    >Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select
    High Definition Audio Device, select
    Next, and follow the instructions to install it.
