Windows 10: Why does my computer say that im in an organization and certain things are blocked by it?

I recently reset my computer and did a full deep wipe of the system due to a RAT Remote access trojan. I had a ton of accounts stolen from me and the whole 9, anyway when i go into my settings and want to turn on diagnostic data or inking and typing it simply says that its blocked by my organization. any fixes for this? I'm not logged into any work or school accounts, just my personal ones.

The steps I have listed above are the only things that can cause the 'Organization' error in Windows, either awork or school account causes this, or a 3rd party anti-virus, or those commands should solve this, the only other thing I can suggest is to create a new user account in Windows and move all your data to that account.

 

FIREWALL IS BLOCKING CERTAIN PROGRAMS

One of the most common problems when using a network firewall is that it sometimes blocks network traffic that you want to allow.

Please follow the below step to troubleshoot with the issue:

• Open the “Control Panel“.
• Select “System and Security.
• In the Windows Firewall section, select “Allow a program through Windows Firewall“.
• Unchecking the box to the left of the application name disallows it from accessing network resources, while checking it allows access.
• If the program you wish to block or unblock is not listed, you can click the “Allow another program…” button to add it. Choose the application in the list and select “Add“. If the program is not in this list, use the “Browse…”
  button to select the program file manually.

Don't know about the kitten thing, but I do know that blocking "all NSFW" websites is gonna require a service/software that is updated regularly. This can either be done with software or with a router that supports such a feature, since the list of NSFW websites is constantly changing. Suggest you start with the option for family friendly surfing that is included as part of Windows Live Essentials.
