Windows 10: Why does my computer seem to think Im logged in with a different account then usual after...

I was on my computer today and I was getting off, so I turned my computer off as normal and I had all my apps and everything downloaded like normal. I then went to get back onto my computer using the same account that I use everyday. I then signed into my computer where I come to see that almost all of my app shortcuts were missing, except for a few random ones. I then went to check to see if all of my apps were still downloaded so I checked my recycling bin and looked in my downloads folder to see that all my apps weren't downloaded anymore. I then checked to see if I still had everything in

Hi Ryan,

I think that temp account is just a ghost account caused by the corrupt temporary account.

To remove that account, this is the usual method.

Click your Start Button, then just type netplwiz and press Enter.

On the resulting utility is a box to set whether a login password is required, set that to its opposite setting and provide your login details.

Restart your PC, then go back into netplwiz and set that setting back to its original setting.

I then checked to see if I still had everything in my overstate drive and my SSD, and all of the stuff in my OS were still there, but a few things from my OS were missing. So then I downloaded everything back and signed into all my accounts. I tried to open my AMD software and it told me that I was signed in with a special account, even then I was using the same Microsoft account that I use everyday to log into my computer. I then looked up what it could've meant by special account and it said that I might have been using a different account. I then did what it said I should try ( sign out then restart my computer ) and I logged back in to see that all my apps were back to where they were when I signed in after it updated to windows 11.
