    computer takes about 3 min to boot with monitor on. spends alot of time on black hp screen before circling leading to welcome screen and desktop. with monitor off boots to desktop in about 30 sec. lcd monitor using hdmi

    PC works for 20-30 min then shutdown

    It shutdown just like when you cut electricity but it's not it I tried cleaning the dust and checked the psu but it's still so the same thing if I leave the PC for a day then it turns on but when it past 30 min it shutdown and if I try to turn it on again
    it wouldn't the fans start spin for 3 sec then go off.

    Can I get some help on it please since I'm on quarantine

    leaving monitor on longer

    I have set the screen saver at 30 min. but my monitor goes off within 5 min how do I fix this? Please help not to educated on computers and this is very annoying.

    How to change boot options permanently (Win 10 not being default)?


    The reason I asked you to set it at 30 sec is to give the system a chance to list both OSes so that you would have a chance to choose which one to run.
    Humour me. Set it at 30 sec > click OK when done > restart computer......................
