I am trying to set up a Windows Hello PIN but I am unable to because I keep getting prompted to sign-in to a work/school account, even though I am only using my personal Microsoft account. I have a PIN set up already but due to this I am not able to use it to verify myself when signing in to other devices...

How do I remove the "some of these settings are being managed by your organisation" statement in Windows 10 21H2. i have not set one up and this is a personal computer.
I've tried steps 2 and 5 from this article and it doesn't work.
I can't use Group Policy Editor as I don't have the Professional edition of Windows 10.

Thank you for your suggestions. I believe there is a step during the installation process when Windows is asking if it will be managed locally or as organisation. This is my second doubt. If I decide that there will be one MS account for the company + local accounts on computers - should I choose the "managed by organisation" option during each installation process? I cannot find information what this "managing by organisation" exactly mean...
