    Hi, I did those 5 steps and no luck. There is not much going on at startup. I reformatted my computer 5 days ago. Even after I installed windows, I didn't download anything and just rebooted and it took 8 minutes.

    In your Windows Performance Analyzer result "Winlogon Init" is taking too much time. 1. In "Task Manager > Startup" disable unneeded items 2. Empty "Recycle Bin" 3. Run Disk Cleanup
    • Select Clean up system files
    • Check categories in "Files to delete" and click OK
    4. Check these temp folders and delete any files
    • C:\Windows\Temp
    • C:\Users\<your-user>\AppData\Local
    5. Clear browser data including history and cookies

    Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
