Windows 10: Why does my computer's disk usage go to 100% then the computer freezes for about a minute...

After installing a new SSD in my laptop, every about an hour or so, the screen freezes, disk usage goes to 100% and just stays like that for about a minute. I've tried a LOT of fixes but none of them worked, so asking a question personally here was my last resort. I am on Windows 11 if that helps. Any help is appreciated

Computer hangs on startup. 100% disk usage

My computer always freezes, except the mouse, around 2-3 minutes of use. I have gone into safe mode and it doesn't happen there, so I am not sure if this is a malware problem. Plus the disk usage always hovers around 100% even though no programs are running.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

 

100% Disk usage ongoing

Everytime I turn on my computer disk usage goes to 100% for a few minutes, sometimes a long while. Windows Defender finds no virus, all definitions are current, and there is no history of potentially harmful items detected. 100% disk usage problem began
about a month or two ago. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

 

Computer stuck (100% disk usage) after exactly one hour of work

What I meant was that I know exactly on what minute the computer hard disk will go to 100% usage and then the computer will get stuck. So I looked at the Task Scheduler to see if there's any tasks that are scheduled for that minute or a little before it and I saw none.

When it happens, Task Manager shows disk usage of 100% but no process is taking more than ~0.5% of usage.

I tried to chkdsk.exe and it made me restart my PC. so I did, but then chkdsk was stuck on 28% for a long time and then reboot.
