Windows 10: Why Does My Controller Flash Every Time I Turn It On?

Every time I restart my computer and get on it and turn on my controller which is a elite series 2 and its plugged in it just flashes, I also know that the usb works because I have used the same USB on a different controller and the elite controller flashes indicating that it is charging from the cord.

My apologies, Brink but I still do not get it.

The steps for both options are identical, the only difference is the location of the desired icons will need to be accessible for all users for Option 2. That's it.

Moreover, both the Mail and Flash Player (32-bit) applets are not listed in the list of Control Panel items for both options.

• If you see a Blocked Adobe Flash content puzzle piece near the Favorites button, click it, then either
  Allow once or Always allow to allow Flash on the page.
• If you don't see a Blocked Adobe Flash content puzzle piece but you do not see a note to download flash on the page, click the download link and Edge should enable the puzzle piece so you can follow step 1.

In search type Programs and Features and hit enter.
