Windows 10: Why does my custom keyboard layout doesn't show up ?

Hi everyone, I created a custom keyboard layout with Microsoft Keyboard Layout to add these two characters, œ and Œ, to the layout, as my US international keyboard doesn't have these two. Everything went fine until I finished installing the layout. It doesn't show up. I checked my Control Panel, but just noticed the language option isn't available anymore. What should I do ?

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

keyboard layout. I will certainly help you.

This issue might occur, if you have selected any default language for keyboard layout.

Follow below mentioned step to change the keyboard layout Language.

• 
  Press and Hold Windows key + space bar key from your keyboard.
  
• 
  On right corner of your desktop, you will see a small pop windows that shows keyboard layout Language.
  
• 
  Using down and up arrow keys, you can change the keyboard layout Language.
  

Please get back us, if you are still facing issue
in changing the keyboard layout language.

keyboard doesn' t working

keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!
