Windows 10: Why does my desktop enter power save mode during restart?

Hello, I am running Windows 10 on a HP desktop computer. I am receiving this mesage whenever I restart my PC: "Now entering power save mode." Note: My PC is not a Laptop. Both settings in "Power Plan" are set to NEVER. What I'm experiencing only occurs when I restart my PC. I get the message on my screen that says: "Restarting". When that clears, the next message that I see is: "Now entering Power Save Mode". After 5 to 10 seconds, my PC screen goes dark. It stays dark anywhere from a minute, to 4 minutes. Hello, I am running Windows 10 on a HP desktop computer.

I am receiving this mesage whenever I restart my PC: "Now entering power save mode." Note: My PC is not a Laptop. Both settings in "Power Plan" are set to NEVER. What I'm experiencing only occurs when I restart my PC. I get the message on my screen that says: "Restarting". When that clears, the next message that I see is: "Now entering Power Save Mode". After 5 to 10 seconds, my PC screen goes dark. It stays dark anywhere from a minute, to 4 minutes. Why the length of time it stays dark changes, is unknown. At some point, without any intervention from me, the screen lights up, and the restart begins processing. The PC updates, and boots up successfully.

The first time this problem showed up, I was watching a DVD, and we had a power outage for about 3 minutes. When the power came back on, the PC booted up normally, and never went into power save mode. Some time later, I got a Windows update, restart required message. I shut my apps down successfully, and selected RESTART NOW. That's when the problem showed up, and it's been that way for about 4 - 5 weeks. Note: When I power off my PC, and power it back on, I don't get get the Power Save Mode message. My PC goes straight to the Boot process, and comes up successfully.

In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.
