Windows 10: Why does my Drive C: say March 27, 2020 Backup

I thought that it would be a good idea to backup my computer, but instead I now have a big mess on my computer. It is a Windows 10 version upgraded from Dell 8.1.


I have tried to reset this computer but nothing has worked, even though several members of the community have tried to help. I had a bigger mess when I tried some of the suggestions.


So, I guess I need to deal with the computer the way it is. I have March 27, 2020 Backup C: listed for my Drive C. How can I get this off and change it back to just Drive C? I backed it up to an external hard drive but I inadvertently deleted it from that external hard drive and now I just have this backup on my computer. Under this drive I have the following folders:


ESD

found.000

Program Files

Program Files x86

Users

Windows


I have fooled around with this computer so much until I am surprised that it works at all!!! I have deleted everything that I can because it looked like I had little left on my hard drive. What should I do at this point? Thanks. keystonerose
