Windows 10: Why does my FileExplorer window opens extremly small?

Hello, since I upgraded my monitor from 27 inch to 32 inch the fileexplorer window opens up extremly small, unless I go to preferences-display and change the resolution from 125% to 150% recommended, then restart the explorer and change it back to 125%. This procedure is extremly annoying and I would be gratefull for any helpful recommendations. My System is all up to date and I wasnt yet ablet to find any useful information about this problem apart from using 150% scaling which looks weird on a such a big screen.I attached two images one is before doing the steps I just discribed and afterw

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Small tiles sometimes being half of its original size

I suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Resize the app.

• 
  Open the Start menu.
  
• 
  Right click on the icons (which are appearing small on your start menu) and click on Resize.
  
• 
  Select the option like small/medium/large/wide which you like. (Resize options vary from the app to app)
  

Step 2: If the particular app is missing/not there on Start menu.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type the app name in the search bar.
  
• 
  Once you see the pap name on the search bar, right click on it and click on Pin to start if the app is not there on Start menu. (you may click on Pin to taskbar also if you wish to pin the app to taskbar)
