Windows 10: Why does my Game bar recording keep lagging and stuttering even though my game is running...

im trying to record my sims 4 game play but everytime i record something and watch the recording back, the recording is laggy and not smooth at all even though when im playing and recording at the same time i dont see any lags or stutters. This only happens after i watch the recording. ive tried OBS and it did the same thing but worse. Game works a little better but still pretty bad. im not sure what to do. Computer specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 processor 6 core 12 threadGTX 1660 super 6gb16 gb ram

Thank you for replying. But my problem is not that my game stutters, it runs fine. It's just that the recording I did of the same game turns out stuttery.

 

Windows 10 Xbox Game Bar: Recorded Audio Stutters

Hello, every recording I make with the game bar has stuttering audio, especially at the beginning and end of the recording. This wasn't the case many years ago (2, I think). The video doesn't stutter, fortunately. I appreciate the development of the product
over the years in increasing performance, but the audio recording of the game bar is no longer reliable. Is there a way to fix the recorded audio?

 

Game stutters when NOT recording with Xbox app

when I play League of Legends, the game stutters every other seconds, but the FPS shown in the game is normal at 60.

I have tried disabling Xbox Game DVR but the problem still persisted.

It only stops stuttering when I start recording the game via Xbox app.

Does anyone else have this problem or has any suggestions to solving this problem?
