    Why does my gaming laptop keep rebooting by itself?


    So I have a HP Victor gaming laptop that I've had for about 5 months and never had any issues with it up until about a week or so ago. It just started to reboot out of nowhere whether im just browsing chrome or playing a game, anything really. And I've done quite literally almost everything because I've looked the same question up and I've updated drivers, update the BIOS, did HP hardware diagnostics, memory test, and more. I even reset my entire PC and I thought it fixed it but it did reset twice again by itself and I did even contact HP about it and they told me the cloud recovery process wo

    • Is the issue occurring with a particular game or with all games?

    • Is the game compatible with Windows 10?

    • Are you trying to play online games?


    I would suggest you to update the graphics card driver and check if it works fine:

    Follow the steps:


    • Right click on start menu and tap on device manager.

    • Select display adapters from the list and hit enter.

    • Right click on the display adapters and select update.

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
