    Why does my GTA V look like this?

    i installed SweeFX and the game looks like this now.
    BUT the game did this before i installed SweetFX but way less frequently, now its every boot.
    the game is running 40+ fps but it looks like that.
    the real question is what causes this?

    Looks like missing or corrupt texture files to me.

    Now im testing modded files to increase fps and it looked like it worked but it stays like this now. This use to happen occasionly or when I suddenly change resolution or minimise the game and restore but it's all the time now.
    Also I'm using latest AMD beta drivers on my AMD 7670m 2gb.
