Windows 10: Why does my headphones, keyboard and mouse reset frequently they are turning off and on ?

I just got a new pc so I dont know if that is the problem, i got my driver and all of that and I still don't know what it is.

Ive factory reset my computer but I can't use the mouse or the keyboard to select laugage
