Windows 10: Why does my home PC tell me some settings are hidden or managed by your organization?

I have two home PCs that have started displaying a keyboard on the screen, something no one in my home needs or wants, nor did anyone intentionally set something to display this.


I have tried to change the setting. I've read that I should go to Settings, Ease of Access, Keyboard, Language and Keyboard Settings, Advanced Keyboard Settings. I can't remember now what I'm supposed to do next, but I do remember that I can't see what I should be clicking next.


What I do see is a message at the top of the screen saying "*Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization."


But I AM the organization!! I have a home network set up with two desktop PCs, both running Windows 10 Home, both version 1803, both OS build 17134.285. These are not managed by anyone else. We (family members who use these PCs) all use local accounts, not MS Outlook accounts. My account is set up as an administrator account on both machines.


This is becoming extremely frustrating. I've long been annoyed at Microsoft's trend towards taking control of PCs away from their owners and users, and this is feeding that feeling.


I've tried looking for help on this issue, but the information I've found so far is aimed at corporate users who don't understand what the message means. I'm not in that situation. I need to have complete control of settings on these PCs, as I don't have corporate support to lean on or blame for how my PCs are set up.

Thank you for the link. I was able to set my Diagnostics Data to Full by using gpedit.msc. But I still am not able to get rid of "Some settings are hidden or managed bu your organization."

Any advise?

I am trying to change my lock screen image, but nothing is selectable and there is a message that says "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization". I'm pretty sure I manage my organization so I don't know how to fix this. Help?
