Windows 10: Why does my internet disconnect after trying to open any game or run a speed test online ?

Recently my computers internet has stopped working, when idle the internet is fine and allows me to be in calls and talk to people, but when i try to get on any online game, or run a speed test online it instantly turns off my internet. other pcs on the same network are perfectly fine and have no issues with the wifi.

(I made a post asking for help for the first problem but with no positive outcome, will paste info here):
When I try to download games, the speeds are around 1-3mb/s, this is consistent with all the launchers I tested. When downloading files from the web, it's around 100kb/s. I did an internet test and I got around 10mb/s on both download and upload. On another pc it's 60mb/s and 10mb/s, and games download fine on it at around 10mb/s.

Also, when playing games like Roblox or Sea of Thieves, the internet will just cut out for my computer. It happens very frequently on Sea of Thieves, so I constantly disconnect from the game.

My PC has no wireless wi-fi, and is connected via LAN cable. I tried using a USB wireless wi-fi tool but the results are the same (both download speeds and game disconnections).

What do I do?

internet speed test on win 10 pc

how do i check my network speed on a windows 10 PC. when i use the internet speed test on the web i get 77.8 mbps. i m paying my internet provider for 400 mbps Where is the disconnect. Something seems a little strange to me. cannot get help from internet
provider.
