Windows 10: Why does my Internet keep cutting out on Windows 11?

For the past month I have been playing games, in discord calls, and even just using the internet and my Internet cuts out constantly around every 5 minutes. I go over to the Internet connections menu, it provides my router name and says "No interrnet, secured". I've done all the usual, like unplug router, restart pc, etc, but nothing changes. I am starting to think its an issue with the computer itself and maybe some weird setting I need to change. Please help.

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.
  
• 
  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.
