Windows 10: Why does my laptop continue to freeze after factory reset and scanning the laptop just to...

Recently, my laptop has been freezing randomly with no pattern. I've tried freeing storage despite having a good amount of space available. I've purged everything from my OneDrive, believing that was the problem, but that didn't help either. I've purged many files and apps, and still nothing. I've done a factory reset on the laptop and it still is freezing with no reason. I've done a System File Check, but it says that there isn't any corrupt files on the laptop.

Laptop freezes during (Factory) reset

Hi all, i have been trying to do a factory reset but my laptop freezes/hangs during the process. For example it will go until a certain point like 60% and then it suddenly freezes and stays like that for the next hours. I even tried keeping my laptop on
the whole night but it's still at the 60% reset. I can't do automac repair or do a System Restore or System Recovery Image because i never had set that up. As result i can't use my computer at all. Is there any way i can fix this myself before going to the
store?
