    Why does my laptop crash bluescreen frequently?


    My 5-year old HP laptop crashes frequently, and in the logs I see the following error info: "faulting module name biwinrt.dll" I have tried all the solutions suggested online e.g. system scan, restore health, virus check, driver updates, clean boot, but nothing has changed. Furthermore, since yesterday my laptop has been slower in performing regular tasks. The major problematic change is that the sound quality of videos has decreased. It sounds like something is preventing the system from playing a video. Could this be a hardware issue or a consequence of clashing software? Has anyone exper

    Bluescreen crashes frequent

    Hi , computer has started to blue screen alot and its getting more frequent i have tried fixing it myself frmo other questions but cant. I have the bluescreen view crash reports. If anyone can understand this and tell me how to fix this i need it. This computer is for my college work and i need it back online ASAP thanks!

    Getting Frequent Bluescreens w/ Windows 11 on Lenovo Laptop

    Recently, I have been getting frequent bluescreens on my Lenovo laptop, usually with either the "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" or "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION" errors. I usually get at least one bluescreen per day, and sometimes even two or three consecutively, which is really irritating. Though I don't really do anything horribly taxing on my laptop most of the time anyway, I also haven't really noticed any performance issues aside from these bluescreens, so I'm not really sure what the issue is.

    I already ran a virus scan, and tried making sure everything on my computer was updated to the latest version (drivers etc.), but I haven't tried that much other than that.

    My computer is a Legion 5-15ACH6H laptop, and I am currently running Windows 11 Version 10.0.22631.

    Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
