Windows 10: Why does my laptop have very low available physical memory compared to total physical memory?

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 with a ryzen 3 3250U processor, 1TB HDD and 8 gb of ram. So it should not have trouble loading two tabs on my browser right? But my laptop has serious performance issues on tasks that it should seemingly do with ease. This issue has gotten so bad that I have to wait a few minutes for even the search bar on windows to load up. So I did a little digging and found that while my installed physical memory is 8gb, my total physical memory is 5.89gb and my available physical memory is only 2.21gb. I think this low amount of ram might be what's causing my laptop to slow

I know that my low total physical memory has to do with my laptop allocating ram to my integrated 2gb graphics card. I would like to remove this allocation of ram but I do not know how. But reallocating ram would only cause the total physical memory to increase. What do I do to increase my available physical memory too?

Edit: I just found out that my laptop always has its disk and cpu alternatively running at 100%, what does this mean?

Today I lauched a Forza Horizon for the first time in a while and it crashed after just passing the initial start screen before loading into the game.



After closing the game I attempted again to lauch, same issue although thistime my google chrome crashed with it. I decided to restart my PC and try again one last time, but after opening i was prompted with a message saying i didnt have the reccomended amount of minimum Ram so i didnt continue. I'd played this game a lot before so i opened System Information and noticed I only have a total amount of 2.0gb total physical memory. Above that it says I have 16.0gb installed physcial memory (RAM).

So my PC is very slow. Something also odd is that my pc is only using 1% - 4% of my GPU at all times, maybe intergrated graphics? idk

Things Ive done to try fix.

- A full bios update

- System config, Boot, advanced options, maximum memory size

- Gpu Driver update

- Swapping the Ram sticks with each other in anttempt for my PC to remap them

 

The avilable physical memory is much lower than my total physical memory ....

  I have a 8 GB PC running but when I open the task manger for example android studio is taking about 1.855 GB and it's written above that this is 80% of the memory ..... I thinked that another program is consuming in the background so I switched the view
  method in the memory so every program is written in front of it the memory usage percentage and I was shocked when I saw that android studio is consuming about 70% !!!! so the computer is just using 2.83 GB out 8 GB of my memory !!!!

  I searched a little bit online till I found that i can see something called the physical available memory ... and the total physical memory

  the total physical memory was 8 as expected and available physical memory was about 2.59 GB !!!

  A lot of articles online said that a part of your memory is being consumed by hardware parts like the graphics card ..... but not as much as mine

  I tried a lot of solutions but non of them worked in my case .... But I noticed Something a little bit weird .... every time I restart the device the physical available memory changes .... sometimes 6 sometimes 4 ... some times 1.5 !!!!!

  I tried also to reinstall my windows an installed a fresh new windows 10 education ..

  has any one face this problem before ?! or any solutions ??
