Windows 10: Why does my laptop keeping doing this? Software extreme color distortion issue

My laptop screens keeps distorting every 2 months. First it starts off small with a temporary white screen after I plug it to charge it. Then it slowly escalates into the picture below but swears off after 20 seconds. Until eventually I update or restart or the laptop and it's like that permanently until I reinstall Windows. Again, this is purely a software issue as when I'm in the BIOS, everything is completely fine. Please help I don't want to feel forced to reinstall Windows every 2 months.

sound distorted after windows 10 anniversary upgrade

This is where I'm at on my HP laptop with Windows 10 and the Anniversary update.

I completed step #3 "hardware and sound" but that took me to an option for "sound, speakers." There was no "properties" as step #4 suggests. I selected "sound, speakers" and then found "properties." After selecting "properties" there was no "enhancements
tab" as step #5 suggests.

Regardless, I then uninstalled the realtek audio driver. I noticed that when I did this without restarting my laptop that the sound was now tinny, but not distorted as it was previously. After restarting, the sound was again full, yet distorted.

Realtek still shows in my programs list, though it shows no memory is used.

-Where did you get those distorted colors, is it when playing? what are you trying to do when you see those colors?

What is the exact model of your computer?

To check the system model proceed with these steps.

-Press Windows key + R

-Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

-Look for the System Model and Manufacturer and post it here.
