Windows 10: Why does my laptop not recognize a Bluetooth device?

I bought a Wacom Intuos S Bluetooth tablet, but it only works when connected to a laptop with a cable. When I want to connect with Bluetooth, I can't even see the device recognized in the Bluetooth panel. I wrote to Wacom Support, but they say that the tablet is trying to connect to something but my laptop cannot recognize it, so there's probably a problem with my laptop, not the tablet, so I have to write you. Please help me, I need to use this laptop for University

Sounds like a Bluetooth driver conflict to me. Did you make any changes on your laptop prior to the issue? What is the build and version of your Windows 10? In the meantime, kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1: Lets remove the Megacra sound bar from your Bluetooth device list.

1. Select Start > Settings > Devices >
   Bluetooth & other devices.
2. Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
   Yes.
   
   Restart your laptop.

Step 2: Download and install the latest Bluetooth driver directly from Dell support website.

Step 3: Pair again your Bluetooth device to your laptop. Kindly check for the device manual for the instructions.

No sound as PC is connected to a bluetooth device.

USB sound/midi device not recognized

I have a Technics PR804 keyboard attached to my Windows 10 laptop through USB. I've installed the drivers that came with my keyboard by entering compatibility mode to Windows ME, but the device manager won't recognize the hardware when it's turned on and
plugged into my laptop. I've seen instructions online indicating that device manager should identify the keyboard as a sound device, and that I should be able to choose folder location for correct driver, but can't complete this step as device manager does
not list the keyboard as an available device.

Any suggestions?
