    Why does my laptop stutter intermittently?


    I have a Lenovo gaming laptop running the latest version of Windows 11, and for at least a year now, I've noticed that it has this recurring issue where once or twice per boot the time from when I turn on the laptop to when I turn it off it has a brief period of stuttering. This happens for maybe 2-3 seconds, during which everything stutters, including animations and audio, and then immediately self-resolves. It becomes most notable while in a Zoom call, watching Youtube, or playing a game. Sometimes, it does not happen at all during a boot, but when it does, it's usually around when I first
