Windows 10: Why does my laptop turn on and shows the acer logo then fails to load the windows screen?

The acer logo shows up but when it comes to loading windows it fails to do so. Sometimes it shows white dots and glitchy versions of my windows screen. The LCD wasnt damaged whatsoever and the wirings were fine. Its just that the windows screen wont show up.

1. i installed windows 10 in two laptops. both are using UEFI BIOS. acer and asus. asus just fine. it shows just once splash screen, after press power button, ASUS logo with loading dots circle and then then windows login shows.

its cool and pretty fast. i love it.

but, my acer shows it twice. after press power button, acer logo with loading dots circle and then black screen about a second and then acer logo with loading dots circle again, then windows login show.

why this happen on acer ? please help me to fix this Mr. Deepak. because i love windows 10 so much. i just feel it unperfect on my acer.

3. nope ! all this happen after clean install, with driver and hardware on device manager just fine.

and both updated with windows update.

Laptop loads to Windows 10 logo then blue screen and shuts off

What brand/model laptop is this?

Try the following:

Step 1: Make sure the computer is shut down, and press the Power Button to turn the computer on.

Step 2: As soon as you see the rotating loading circle, press and hold the Power Button until the computer shuts off again.

Step 3: Repeat this process 2 or 3 times until you see the following on the screen: Preparing Automatic Repair
Let the computer boot to the Automatic Repair screen.

Step 4: The next screen (blue) goes to: Choose Account to continue
Select your account, enter your Password, and press: Continue

Step 5: A Diagnosing your PC screen appears, and it takes you to the screen for: Automatic Repair

Step 6: Here you can click Restart, or, Advanced Options
Step 6.1: Select: Restart

Allow the computer to go through the routine, and see if it solves the issue.

If the problem still exists, go back to Step 1 through Step 6.

Step 6.2: This time, click: Advanced Options

Step 7: In the Choose an Option screen, select: Troubleshoot

Step 8: At the next screen, select: Advanced Options

Step 9: Last, select: Startup Repair (Used for problems that keep Windows 10 from loading)

Please provide an update.

 

Laptop boots to Acer logo and goes off, boots to logo again

I've been experiencing the black screen of death with cursor everytime i turn on my laptop since yesterday. I was unable to boot to safe mode also. I tried so many solutions but to no avail.
However, i found a solution that i thought should work. It instructed me to go to command prompt in windows startup, copy the directories of c:\ and overwrite them on the directories of c:\windows\system32\config\RegBack.

After doing this windows 10 started performing automatic repair every time i turn the laptop on and would go next to the automatic repair screen.
An article suggested i go to command prompt from advanced options, type bcdedit and change device partition from \Device\HarddiskVolume2 to c in order to solve the 'Automatic Repair' problem. I did that but didn't solve my problem. So i went ahead of myself, i changed Windows Boot Loader path from windows\system32\winload.efi to windows\system32\winload.exe. Now everytime i turn on the laptop, it just boots to the Acer logo, goes off, boots to the logo again, goes off repeatedly.

Am i screwed?
