Windows 10: why does my menu bar appear white when i try to refresh,add new folders, or open the...

I tried to refresh the pc but when I clicked the right mouse it appeared blank with white background. and to make the option visible i have to move the curser to the blank screen then only after the options appears.

White Sticky Notes window opens with sticky and cannot be stopped

I did what you suggested. I also tried both repairing and resetting the Sticky Notes app, and nothing changed. I'm still getting the main white window every time I open a new note if one is not already open. If I right click on my start menu shortcut and
click on open new note, I get the white window and two new notes. If I right click and select notes list, I get a single note along with the white window, which I'm pretty sure now is the notes list.

 

Add a button to the address bar.

I would like to add the Zoom button to my new Edge address bar. Have found the following how to do it on the web but they don't work like the instructions say.

2. Click the Settings and more menu button on the top-right corner. (I assume that is the three dots in a row)
3. Select the Show in toolbar sub-menu. (Don't see 'Show in toobar)
4. Click the action button that you want to add or remove from the toolbar.
