Windows 10: why does my mic and head phones keep on disconnecting and reconnecting?

everything works properly but as soon as i connect my mic and my headset they just dont work for some reason i didnt have this problem on windows 10 ps: i ubdated my driver did every solution possible even sent my pc to the shop 3 times and the problem never got solved i wish i could upload a video but it wont let me

Router disconnects from internet and reconnects

My router has been acting up lately. Its been disconnecting from the internet and eventually reconnects overtime. But the disconnect happens so frequently, its annoying and I've reverted to asking for help.

 

Why has bluetooth mic stopped working.

My Bluetooth mic has stopped working on my Windows 10 phone. The sound is connected OK but the mic won't work. I've tried resetting everything, disconnecting/reconnecting, rebooting but nothing seems to help. The windows phone uses its internal mic and
ignores the Bluetooth mic. Anyone any suggestions?
