Windows 10: Why does my Microsoft account say error in zip code for adding a debit card even though...

So I'm trying to buy an add on for a game and I've tried adding my debit cards to my account. I've entered all the correct information including the zip code, but it's still saying an error in zip code. I've also tried restarting my console and everything.

my debit card cannot be added in the wallet.

ICICI Bank Debit Card works in Microsoft Store as well as in Paypal, Google Wallet. I have added my card and it works fine for all three sites listed above.

 

Trouble adding debit card to account

Whenever I try to add my debit card to my account it gives me this arrow code "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." although I was able to add my card on my other account (i added my card to my other account a while ago and i had the same issue but it was resolved a while later) it won't let me add my card to this account for some reason. I also contacted Microsoft about this issue, but they couldn't figure it out and they were supposed to get a call back after being transferred but I never did, and this was a week ago. I also made sure that the information was 100% correct but it still won't work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I also just discovered that I can't redeem anything with my Microsoft rewards points at all the error message says, "There’s an issue with your account or order, please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance." So now i have 2 problems on this account. and I'm still able to make purchases on my other account as well.

 

BUYING PAID APPS WITH DEBIT CARDS

Yes. My bank says that the card is internationally valid. Also, to add my debit card in the wallet account, Microsoft has deducted a nominal amount from my bank account. Thrice I removed my debit card from the wallet and added back, and thrice Microsoft
has debited the amount. But the money never gets debited only when I am intending to buy Apps from the store. I get a message that my card has expired, which is definitely not the case with it. Please help.
