Windows 10: Why does my Microsoft pro7+ show my video memory as 0?

What is a video memory? Why does my Microsoft pro7+ show my video memory as 0? I cannot install games because it always has a video ram requirement of above 4GB. I really want to play games on my surface, its an i7 version
