Windows 10: Why does my Microsoft Store not show the same apps and purchases on two separate devices...

Im logged into the Microsoft store with the same account on two different devices and my apps library isnt showing the same apps and purchases. I want to install and run apps I have on one device as well as the other, but the app I want in my list only shows on one device in my apps and purchases. It should be identical, yet its not. My Microsoft store shows an error on my Windows 11 device the other instance on Windows 10 does not show this error for StoreDesktopExtension.exe, but I can not fix the Microsoft Store error. How do I get this to work?

Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

Hello guys,

My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro.

Here is the situation:

• Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
• Already connected to stable internet

What I tried so far:

Entering the Win10 Pro generic key:



Received error 0x800700005:





Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:





Clicking Troubleshoot re-activated my Win10 Home so still not on Pro.

Thank you for putting the effort and being patient to help me solve this problem, but I will not install any other third party annoying applications to stop an already annoying situation.

The solution you suggested may worked for you, but in my case,

1. I have the "Show suggestions occasionally in Start" turned off long time ago;
2. I am on the latest Windows version;
3. This automatic purchase happened today;
4. It did not install anything in my machine, so there is nothing to uninstall;
5. Although the apps are free, it
   purchased Twitter and Candy Crush Saga for me, it means I own these apps now (unwillingly), and they are in my "ready to install" list.
