Windows 10: why does my monitor not comply with certain applications as it used to or shut off randomly

Hi, I recently got a pc for my birthday and everything was working fine until one day certain apps or games would cause my computer to black screen or blue screen and I don’t know what is happening. When some games load up which is rare now the graphic quality is severely decreased. I’ve tried everything I have looked up but found useful. Along with that a strong or sometimes light vibration such as putting something in my desk shuts off the monitor. The computer itself never shuts off the monitor and I was coming here looking for help. Does anyone have any advice or similar experiences?

Setting a PC w/ multiple user accts. to use certain monitors

I have a PC with windows 10 setup with 4 monitors and multiple user accounts, I would like to know if it is possible to set certain user accounts to use only a certain monitor or monitors?

for example:

• One user just plays games so when they log on it doesn't turn on all the monitors but only one (a 42" TV).
• Another user, uses three monitors but has no need for the TV.

Setting a PC w/ multiple user accts. to use certain monitors

We would like to know more about the issue, kindly clarify the following:

• Are you trying to set up this other user account on only one monitor but with a different set of mouse and keyboard?
  
• Are going to be using the same CPU on these four monitors?
  

If the above questions are true, the setup that you currently have is not possible. You would be needing to use a third party software and external additional hardware to separate the keyboard and the mouse.

• They will be using the same mouse and keyboard on the same PC.
• The only difference is when one user logs on it will use only 1 of the 4 monitors and when the other user logs on it will use 3 or all of the monitors what ever they choose
